Sitting in one place and doing nothing is the only key that opens all the mysteries of the Universe to any seeker. The Buddha used it and so did Swami Vivekananda. Anyone can change his or her destiny by simply sitting in one place and doing nothing. This was how Joseph Campbell described it: 

• “A sacred place is a necessity for everybody. You must have a room or a certain hour a day or so where you do not know what was in the newspapers that morning, you don’t know who your friends are, you don’t know what you owe to anybody, you don’t know what anybody owes you; but a place where you can simply experience and bring forth what you are—what you might be. This is the place of creative incubation. At first you might find that nothing is happening there, but if you have a sacred place and use it and take advantage of it something will happen”.

Actually many things could happen when you use your Sacred Place. The Practice helps you to connect with yourself and any one irrespective of background, belief, race, color or nationality who follows this path, as the Upanishads put it, gets everything!
